Connecting Community Needs with Resources

A main factor in creating and maintaining an empowered neighborhood is the process of educating residents. Residents with high school diplomas tend to donate, volunteer and act more philanthropic than those who do not possess a high school diploma. Employers prefer to locate their businesses in areas where there is access to qualified workers and where the environment has low crime.
