Request For Proposals

The Request For Proposal is to qualified nonprofit organizations (Direct Service Providers) who are able to meet the listed requirements below. These DSP's will serve clients such as schools, businesses, churches, youth, adults, families, and other institutions within a neighborhood.

To qualify for funding a Direct Service Provider must:

• Have an approved IRS 501(C)(3) Tax Identification Status
• Provide appropriate Certificates of Insurance
• Possess documented Organization Policy and Procedures
• Present Fingerprint/Background Check Documentation for Program Providers
• Possess documented Program Evalution Tools
• Provide the most recent Audit or 990
• Be in alignment with at least one of the social or economic development program areas listed above.
• Accept a payment of $50 per hour for services delivered ($1,000 for 10-weeks).
• Deliver services for a minimum of 2-hours per week.
• Deliver services for a minimum of 10-weeks.
• Deliver services within the designated area of service (neighborhood and location).
• Deliver services to a minimum of 10 participants.
